7-Day Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of the date your order is delivered. Requests made after this window unfortunately cannot be accepted, so please inspect your item as soon as it arrives.
Eligibility Conditions
- The item must be unused, uninstalled and in original condition, with all packaging, accessories and tags.
- You must provide your Order ID or proof of purchase to start a return or exchange.
- For hygiene reasons, earphones/earbuds and similar items that have been opened or worn can only be returned if they arrived defective or faulty.
- Items showing signs of misuse or physical/liquid damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, reason for the request, and clear photos/video of the item.
- Our team confirms whether it's approved, usually within 1-2 business days.
- Once approved, we share pickup/drop-off instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed back to your original PayHere payment method within 5-7 business days.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with an unboxing photo/video. We arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no charge to you.

We do not store your payment card or bank details ourselves.
Payments & Sharing
All online payments are processed securely by PayHere. Your card/bank details are entered directly on PayHere's secure page and never seen or stored by Golix Mart. We do not sell your data, and only share what's necessary with delivery partners and PayHere to fulfill your order.
Children's Privacy & Your Rights
Our services are intended for users who are at least 16 years old. You may contact us at any time to view, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you.

Payments & Delivery
Payments are processed securely through PayHere; we never store your card or bank details. We offer islandwide delivery across Sri Lanka, typically within 1-3 business days, though timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
Liability & Governing Law
Products are sold "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golix Mart is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from product use. These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return Policy tab above.
